10/08/2003: A car bomb exploded in the San Andresito shopping district in Bogota, Colombia. The device exploded as two police officers approached to investigate the suspicious vehicle. Six people, including the two officers, were killed and 12 were injured. No claim of responsibility was made for the attack.
