Incident Summary:

10/09/2003: A bomb explosion brought down high voltage power lines and disrupted electricity to Kirkuk, Iraq in the first of two related attacks. The bomb brought down high tension electricity lines linking the An-Nasr thermal power station to the city. No casualties were reported. No claim of responsibility was made for the sabotage attack.
