11/09/2003: Seven Russian soldiers were killed when Chechen rebels attacked their convoy as it was leaving the Nozhay-Yurtovskiy District en route to Kurchaloy in Chechnya, Russia. The Chechen rebels used land mines, machine guns, and grenade-throwers while setting fire to two vehicles in the convoy.
