12/04/2003: Suspected members of Hezbi-Islami launched rockets in the direction of the U.S. Embassy and the nearby International Security Assistance Force headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan. U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld had left the U.S. Embassy two hours prior to the incident.
