Incident Summary:

02/10/2004: A suicide bomber, detonated his truck-bomb, targeting Iraqi military recruits who were waiting outside an police recruitment center in Iskandariya, outside of Baghdad, Iraq. Approximately 71 people were killed and 150 others were injured in the attack. United States forces suspected al-Qaida of planning the bombing.
