3/12/2004: Four suspected members of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Fighting (GSPC) shot and killed two patrons at a café in Dellys, Algeria. One victim, Said S., was an elected official of the Municipal People's Assembly and the other victim, Mohamed Fedjri, was an Algerian citizen.
