Incident Summary:

04/03/2004: Maoist rebels planted a bomb at the Nepal Election Commission office in Kathmandu. There were no casualties and minimal damage to the building was a result of the blast. There was a second bomb planted in the building but it was not detonated and police were able to dispose of it.
