Incident Summary:

04/04/2004: A bomb exploded in Tbilisi, Georgia, in an attempted assassination of a Russian General, Alexander Studenikin. The bomb, detonated outside of the General's car on his way home from work, was most likely made of TNT. No one was killed in the blast and the General was only slightly injured. No group claimed responsibility for the explosion.
