Incident Summary:

07/20/2004: An unknown gunman shot Nabil Amr, a frequent critic of Yasser Arafat and former cabinet minister, in the West Bank city of Ramallah. Amr sustained two gunshot wounds to his leg when the perpetrator fired at him from a house as he was walking home. No group claimed responsibility for the shooting.
