Incident Summary:

08/04/2004: A mine attached to a bicycle was detonated by remote control when a pick-up truck carrying an Afghan government official and a judge slowed down for a ramp, near Baraki Barak in Logar province. The bomb left the official and judge uninjured, but killed three of the judge's children who were riding in the open rear of the truck. It was unknown who perpetrated the attack.
