Incident Summary:

08/15/2004: The United Liberation Front of Assam was blamed for an explosion at Dhemaji College in the northeastern state of Assam which killed at least 12 people and injured many others. The bomb was remotely detonated. The attack took place during a flag-hoisting ceremony during celebrations for India's independence day.
