08/20/2004: Seven Afghan policemen were hurt when six closely timed explosions struck an electoral commission building in Farah, Afghanistan. No building personnel were injured in the bombing. Although no group claimed responsibility for the incident, the Taliban had tried to disrupt the election process in the past.
