Incident Summary:

09/19/2004: At least fourteen people were injured when an explosive device detonated at a pop concert in Mercin, Turkey. The device had been placed under a police vehicle at the concert of Candan Ercetin, a popular Turkish singer. Although they never claimed the attack, three people related to the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) were arrested in connection.
