10/31/2004: A rocket was fired into the Sunubar Hotel in Tikrit, Iraq, killing 15 Iraqis and wounding eight others. Insurgents may have been aiming at an American position, which was targeted by a second rocket afterward. U.S. officials said no American casualties were reported.
