Incident Summary:

03/09/2005: Suspected members of the United Liberation Front of Assam planted a bomb under the Abhayapuri Police Station in India’s Bongaigon (District). The bomb exploded while a police bomb disposal expert attempted to defuse the device. The bomb disposal expert was killed and another officer was injured in the explosion. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
