04/11/2005: Unknown insurgents shot and killed Sin Teeprakphan, an excise official in Sai Buri district, which is located in the Pattani Province of Thailand. After killing him, the assailants doused him with gasoline and set fire to his body. No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
