Incident Summary:

05/11/2005: Three members of Al-Nasireen Group car bombed a private clinic in a heavily populated neighborhood of Srinagar, India. The explosion killed 8 people including two soldiers and the three perpetrators. Another 36 people were injured in the blast which also damaged 12 houses, a school and a nearby bank. Al-Nasireen Group claimed responsibility for the attack stating that the intended target of the bombing had been the Indian Central Reserve Police Force.
