Incident Summary:

09/05/2005: Suspected Islamic militants threw a grenade at members of the Indian Army’s Rashtriya Rifles who were on patrol in the village of Batpora in India’s Pulwama (District). The grenade missed army patrol, but landed on the road injuring 16 people. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
