10/12/2005: An unidentified suicide car bomber attacked a convoy carrying the Iraqi Minister for Provincial Affairs, Saad Naif al-Hardan, in Baghdad’s Qadissiya neighborhood. Al-Hardan was not harmed in the attack, but 10 people were injured in the bombing. No group claimed responsibility for the assassination attempt.
