Incident Summary:

10/26/2005: Unknown perpetrators, believed to be affiliated with the Islamic insurgency in Algeria, remotely detonated a landmine underneath a car carrying Algerian citizens near Beni Oulbane, Algeria. Both of the passengers were killed and the vehicle was damaged. It is suspected that the intended target of the assailants were Algerian soldiers.
