Incident Summary:

01/17/2006: Four unknown perpetrators with guns in Kirkuk, Iraq fired at the outside of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) office, killing one employee and wounding two. Police believe this attack may have been carried out by the same gunmen as another attack 30 minutes earlier on the Electoral Commission of Iraq offices.
