Incident Summary:

01/23/2006: In a series of related incidents, unknown perpetrators exploded a grenade outside a hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, which caused property damage, but no reported casualties. The Ethiopian Federal Police believe that the perpetrators may have been members of the Coalition for United and Democracy (CUD), the main opposition political party, but there were no reported claims of responsibility.
