Incident Summary:

01/24/2006: Gunmen shot and killed a sheik of the Janabeen tribe, Zamil Mula Chiad, and injured his son in Siniyah in the Salahuddin Province of Iraq. The two were driving to Beiji at the time of the attack and Iraqi police later arrested members of a group of Islamic extremists who admitted to carrying out the attack.
