01/24/2006: A Muslim rubber tapper, Yamaree Duwanbee, was ambushed by suspected insurgents before dawn yesterday in a rubber plantation in Ban Burge-Greding, a village in Narathiwat, Thailand. He was shot with a handgun and died in the hospital. There were no claims of responsibility for the attack.
