Incident Summary:

01/30/2006: Three unidentified assailants in St. Petersburg, Russia, beat up a Ugandan medical academy student outside the St. Petersburg Medical Academy. The attackers were teenagers dressed in black with short haircuts and high boots. There were no claims of responsibility for the attack, but foreigners, particularly Africans, had been targeted previously.
