Incident Summary:

02/03/2006: Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) claimed responsibility for a rocket attack which was aimed at Ashkelon, Israel, but landed in an industrial area just south of Ashkelon, damaging a Mekorot water station, but causing no injuries. This was the second of two attacks that the PIJ claimed; the other of which injured a family of four in Kibbutz Karamiah, Israel.
