Incident Summary:

02/15/2006: Gunmen on motorcycles fatally shot three Chinese engineers and their Pakistani driver as they were driving home from work in the town of Hub, Balochistan Province, Pakistan. Balochistan Liberation Army claimed responsibility for the attack, stating that the Chinese were aiding the Pakistani government in exploiting Balochistan's natural resources.
