Incident Summary:

02/27/2006: Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) rebels, dressed as police and armed with assault rifles, stormed into a city council session at Los Gabrieles hotel in Rivera, Huila department, Colombia, and killed nine council members. Four others, including two city officials, a police officer and the council secretary were injured in the attack.
