Incident Summary:

03/04/2006: Kurdistan Freedom Hawks released an explosive-laden cart at the top of a steep street in western Turkey; when it hit a parked vehicle it detonated injuring one and causing property damage. The assumed target was a police station at the bottom of the street. The Kurdistan Freedom Falcons claimed responsibility through undisclosed means; police suspect ties to the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).
