Additional Information On May 14, the National Civilian police force announced the arrest of an individual suspected to be involved. The party's general secretary suggested the killing was politically motivated since it was set to occur in front of the Party's headquarters in the run up the following year's election. Pivaral had been a critic of the government concerning perceived security failures. The government claimed the Pivaral murder may have been killed as part of an internal feud inside the UNE
