Incident Summary:

04/27/2006: Italian troops traveling in vehicle in Iraq was hit by a roadside bomb placed on the road south-west of Al-Nasiriyah, a Southern Iraqi city controlled by Italian troops. Three Italian soldiers and one Rumanian were killed. An Italian soldier was also wounded. A group calling itself the Islamic Army in Iraq claimed responsibility for the attack.
