04/30/2006: In Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir, India, perpetrators kidnapped 15 Hindu civilians, killed 13 of the hostages, and then released two. No claim of responsibility was reported, but it was believed that the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen was responsible.
