Incident Summary:

07/03/2006: Suspected Maoist rebels attacked a police station in Tankuppa County, India. The police and the rebels exchanged approximately 2000 rounds of gunfire before the rebels demolished the station using dynamite. Two guards, one inspector, and one civilian were killed in the attack. There was also one injury.
