Incident Summary:

07/03/2006: The Darfur rebel group, the Justice and Equality Movement, attacked the town of Hamarat Sheikh in Sudan. The attackers arrived in approximately fifty trucks. The attackers withdrew from the town in the evening. There were at least twelve fatalities and an unknown number of injuries.
