Incident Summary:

07/20/2006: Unknown Islamic militants ambushed police checkpoint in Sai Buri district, Pattani province, southern Thailand. Three policemen were killed, and one was injured. Two suspected militants were later arrested. Two M-16 rifles were found at the scene. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
