08/03/2006: 10 Civilians were killed and more than 20 injured around 1:15pm when the LTTE fired artillery towards the Arabic College in Muttur, North Eastern Province, Sri Lanka, where hundreds of civilians were taking refuge following the fighting between the Security Forces and the LTTE.
