08/21/2006: A blast at a crowded market in Moscow, Russia killed ten people and wounded dozens. Authorities believed the attack could have been motivated by race, as at least six of the ten killed were of Asian ethnicity. Two men were detained for questioning, but no one claimed responsibility for the attack.
