09/16/2006: Unknown assailants fired upon a Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) vehicle near Jaffna town, Sri Lanka. One CEB employee was killed and two more were injured. The attack occurred while curfew was in effect but the victims had curfew passes. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
