Incident Summary:

10/16/2006: Electrical engineer Theerapat Plifahchai was shot to death by two gunmen as he parked his pickup truck outside his office in Bannang Sata, Thailand. It is believed the same gunmen also killed a couple riding their bicycles to work at a rubber plantation one hour earlier. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
