Incident Summary:

10/16/2006: Two people were injured when an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded in the city of Jolo, in Sulu Province in the Philippines. The IED was placed in a plastic bag left in a tricycle that was parked in front of a restaurant, just a few meters away from Camp Asturias Station Hospital. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
