Incident Summary:

11/25/2006: Taliban militants in Kunar, Afghanistan kidnapped four Afghan civilians working for the U.S. military base in the Manogai district while they were on their way home from work. The following day the Taliban announced that the four Afghans had been killed for spying for the United States.
