Incident Summary:

01/13/2007: Suspected Taliban members attacked a research office of the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission at Banda Daud Shah in the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan and kidnapped 6 employees, and stole 3 vehicles. Four suspected Taliban members were killed in the incident, and one was captured during the incident. The kidnapped employees were freed approximately 19 hours later in a successful raid by police on the kidnappers’ hideout.
