Incident Summary:

01/16/2007: A roadside bomb went off near a police patrol passing the Elwiyah communication center in the Karradah neighborhood of central Baghdad. Four people were killed and 10 were wounded. Two of the dead and three of the wounded were policemen; two police vehicles were damaged as well. No claim of responsibility was issued.
