3/4/2007: Members of the Judicial Police Mobile Brigade (BMPJ) defused a homemade bomb planted inside a vehicle in Constantine, Algeria. It is believed that the perpetrators were affiliated with the Islamic insurgency in Algeria, however, the intended target of the assailants is unknown.
