Incident Summary:

04/08/2007: Two members of India’s railway protection force (RPF) were killed and three more were wounded when suspected members of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) attacked them on a passenger train in the country’s Bihar State. The militants also looted the RPF soldiers’ equipment. No passengers were hurt or killed in the attack, and no group claimed responsibility.
