Incident Summary:

04/08/2007: A bomb hidden in a motorcycle killed one person and wounded 14 others when it blew up near a mosque in Kumarpara, India. The blast occurred in an area not far from where Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was going to be attending a ceremony. No one claimed responsibility for the attack, but police believed the United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) was to blame.
