Incident Summary:

04/18/2007: A car bomb exploded on a busy shopping street in the predominantly Shi i neighborhood of Karada in Baghdad, Iraq. At least 10 people were killed 13 were wounded. The blast also damaged a nearby private hospital and several other buildings. Due to the nature of the attack, authorities suspected Sunni militants were responsible. No claim of responsibility was reported.
