05/01/2007: Gunmen fired on a car near the town of Latifiyah. The attack resulted in three dead and six injured. The attack took place 45 minutes after the initial attack in Iskandariyah, Iraq. The attackers were not identified. No group claimed responsibility for the attack. The motives were not described though it was considered part of the Sunni-Shi i struggle for power in Iraq.
