06/12/2007: Faydi Shabana, a Palestinian civilian HAMAS member and Deputy Minister of Transportation, was kidnapped by an unknown number of al-Fatah perpetrators carrying small arms at the entrance of the Ministry of Transportation Headquarters in Ramallah, West Bank (Occupied Territories), Palestine. No claim of responsibility was reported.
