Incident Summary:

09/17/2007: A suicide bomber killed eight people in Helmand providence in the city of Nad Ali, Afghanistan. Four policeman and four civilians were killed. Seven people were also wounded. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack and further claimed that the district police chief was the target. The explosion occurred in a government office.
